Very disappointed that I placed my order (order number 715186, invoice 697527) early on 17 January hoping that it might get processed and shipped that day in time for the weekend, but two weeks later and there is no indication that it has been shipped yet.
It took 8 days before the order was processed (25 January), and when I received your email stating it was being processed I assumed that this would mean it was now able to be dispatched, but alas it still hasn't arrived 6 days after this. Worse still is that fact that the on-line invoice shows that there was a lot of activity on 25 Jan, and it indicated it is in the warehouse, but there is no indication that it has been dispatched. Why not if it is in the warehouse?
I was hoping to take my instrument on holiday with me on Monday 4 Feb and thought I had plenty of time back on 17 January to get the case in good time for this. Now wish I hadn't ordered it from you and had gone to a shop to get one. You obviously don't have it in stock and are possibly having problems getting it from your suppliers. This doesn't fill me with much confidence. Is there any way I can cancel the order now and buy one from a shop this weekend so I can take my instrument on holiday with me?
Thank you for you reply. I have received several emails from you but none that have notified me that my payment has been declined. The last notification was to show the invoice which showed that it was still being processed - no mention of payment declined. Haven't been able to check to see if my credit card has been debited, but I shall take your response as confirmation that you have not taken any money from the card and that the order is now cancelled. I will be purchasing a case from a shop tomorrow.
