Very bad experience

I ordered sony nex vg20 on 15th of january. Website told they have 3 in stock. Took my money very fast (£819). My order status changed few times in 10 days and it appear as "your order is being made ready". I thought "finally!!!". After they send me email saying that they out of stock!!! After nearly 2 weeks and taking my money they're telling me that my camcorder is out of stock. What a joke. I cancelled my order which took it 3 days for them. I got my money back on my bank account on wed (30 jan). It looks like I borrowed them nearly a grand for 2 weeks. Avoid this "company"!!! Pay bit more on ebay, amazon from trusted sellers, go to currys, argos but don't trust value basket.
