Excellent service with helpful technical advice.

I bought a wood burning stove. I had a number of technical questions regarding the most suitable stove to purchase for the size of room to be heated and the flue components required. The person who served me went out of his way to explain the pros and cons of the short list of stoves I had made. The stove I finally chose was not in stock but it was put on order and when it arrived at the store where I placed the order I was promptly informed of it being available for me to collect. Staff helped to load the heavy stove into my car.

I have bought a number of items at the Ilford store and have always had excellent helpful service.
