excellent customer service

I hadn't ordered for a while and there was a delay with one of the items. I was emailed straight away and kept up to date with my order. Excellent service. My only gripe would be that the courier couldn't find our house the one day and so delivery was delayed for a day (but not a major issue as the item wasn't urgent).
