I ordered a canvas in November,( through the Wowcher voucher scheme) for a Christmas present for a friend, it was a photo of her dog, as I am a silver surfer, I could n't get the photo on to my computer to download, so I phoned the company to see if I could send the photo to them, which they said would be OK. This I did, sending the photo, the wowcher voucher, and a letter asking them to confirm receipt.
I did not get a reply, so I phoned them, I eventually spoke to some one who could not give me any information as she was new, but promised some one would ring me back. this did not happen.
I continued to phone and e-mail them, throughout November and December, I was assured my order was being processed, but Christmas arrived, and the canvas did not. In January I was told again it was 'being processed' but I was going on holiday so did not want the canvas to be left outside, and so when they said delivery would be 21 days, I lost patience and cancelled the order. I did not get my friends photo back, so I was totally embarrassed. It cost me a small fortune in phone calls, so it was a dead loss. I have had lots of Wowchers, and they have always been OK. I think this company could not deal with the high volume of trade generated by these promotions.
I have been ordering from simplysupplements for years now, I have always been pleased with the quality, and being a pensioner I am very pleased with the prices!!!!! And they are always delivered promptly. Well done.
