Superb service spoilt a little by technical difficulties with the website

The website gave a lot of useful information and was well laid out. However, script error messages kept appearing at every click and were very difciult to close. The order process then fell over and my order was refused. However, being a weekend, I phoned through my order the next Monday and recieved it the next day. From the phone call onwards the services was superb. The magnets were just what I wanted.
