I have now made 2 purchases from Asos and both have been a complete nightmare. The first one was due to a postcode issue (used my home postcode instead of the delivery address postcode) which took them 4 days to figure out where the order was (retuned to their depot and order refunded so items never received) and now my second order with EXACTLY the same issue.
I am at a loss to understand how a company of this size could make such a colossal stuff up on 2 occasions. I wanted these items for a holiday I am leaving for in 2 days time and now won't receive them.
I will not be buying from them again!
I ordered 2 products off this site - 1 was a numbing cream which they wouldn't sell to me because I wanted to use it for dermarolling (that is a needle!!!) and the second some tablets which were out of stock.
After receiving delayed dispatch emails for over 2 months they tried calling me when I was overseas and left me a voice mail asking me to call them which I didn't pick up until I returned so when I called to ask where my product was and ask why they called, I was told the order had been cancelled and they couldn't tell me whether or not I had been refunded.
Now I have to go back through my bank statements to determine if they have in fact refunded my money.
I received no email stating that they would cancel the order nor an email when they did actually cancel the order.
I buy everything online and this has been the worst experience I have ever had.
I will never buy from this site. No apology or discount offered for my inconvenience.
I ordered this in the morning on standard delivery as it wasn't an urgent order however, the package arrived the next day. Incredibly happy with the delivery speed and also the product price which was incredibly cheap.
