Ridiculously bad service!!! My worst online buying experience (attempted purchase actually)

I ordered 2 products off this site - 1 was a numbing cream which they wouldn't sell to me because I wanted to use it for dermarolling (that is a needle!!!) and the second some tablets which were out of stock.

After receiving delayed dispatch emails for over 2 months they tried calling me when I was overseas and left me a voice mail asking me to call them which I didn't pick up until I returned so when I called to ask where my product was and ask why they called, I was told the order had been cancelled and they couldn't tell me whether or not I had been refunded.

Now I have to go back through my bank statements to determine if they have in fact refunded my money.

I received no email stating that they would cancel the order nor an email when they did actually cancel the order.

I buy everything online and this has been the worst experience I have ever had.

I will never buy from this site. No apology or discount offered for my inconvenience.

I am so sorry that you appear to have had such a poor experience whilst trying to purchase from us. I can categorically state that unless you paid by Paypal, no monies would have been taken from your account as we only take payment at the point of despatch. All staff here are aware of this so should have been able to advise you about payment issues straight away. In addition we do send emails automatically when we cancel all or part of an order. Unfortunately there isn't an order number contained in your review so I can't give you a definitive explanation about your specific situation or what you were or were not advised. Next day arrival with exceptionally cheap price - can't beat that!

I ordered this in the morning on standard delivery as it wasn't an urgent order however, the package arrived the next day. Incredibly happy with the delivery speed and also the product price which was incredibly cheap.
