I like that I can choose a cheaper delivery option instead of it always being a certain flat rate. Everything else went smoothly as in previous times. A couple of years ago I had ordered something that I then returned and requested a refund for, I remember that at that time I did not receive an email acknowledging the receipt of the goods and also no notification informing me that the refund was being processed. I finally had to get in touch myself at which point I was informed that everything was in order, but it would be nice to have notifications to let us know what's going on. As I said this was a couple of years ago and I have not had to return goods since, so things may have improved on this front.
