Shocking delivery service

The mattresses are fine, they arrived on the right day, but 1 elderly delivery man had to drag 2 mattresses and 2 beds into our place. My husband was there to wait for them but - after a triple bypass he was hoping that they would take beds to correct rooms! No, poor delivery old guy only left them in hallway (of our guest house) and then my husband had to spend hours dragging them into rooms, nearly killed himself...never use this lot again.
