Misleading Information on Delivery Charges

I found their website misleading when it came to delivery costs. It claims to offer free delivery on orders above a certain value, but it's only when I read the small print (which is very well hidden) after placing my order that I realised that this only applies to orders under a certain weight. I would prefer if they were more up front about this.

They also took an age to re-establish payment functionality for American Express card holders which caused a long delay for me.

Please accept my sincere apologies you felt our website was misleading.

I can confirm as of the 01/02/2013 delivery is free for all UK orders over £40, even if the parcel weighs over a certain amount.

we did have a problem with American Express cards which I can confirm is now rectified.

Once again I do apologise for the inconvenience caused on this particular order.
