I'm really disappointed with my first order with Value Basket. After waiting 21 days and numerous calls to customer services, I discovered that my order had still not been dispatched! I was told that the item was no longer in stock despite the website stating enough stock was available and accepting my payment when I originally placed the order. I cancelled my order. Luckily I received a full refund, but I would have preferred if they were honest with stock levels and not wasted time chasing the order. I wish I'd read more reviews on the company before placing an order with them.
