My trouble with this company started almost immediately.
I waited 1 week after placing my order for confirmation of delivery date. I finally chased them via email after hearing NOTHING from them. I was told that my order would still be another 7 days! I asked why it took so long and the customer service team sent me the following: ' As stated online, delivery is anything up to 10 working days' I asked where abouts on the website this was stated and the member of staff admitted that they had lied and that delivery should be 1-7 days unless they are using an alternative courier company (they weren't for my order).
The item eventually arrived, and surprise surprise was faulty. I am now in the process of arranging a return, but guess what, the fictitious 10 days for collection and replacement has re-appeared. I have sent them countless emails, phone calls and have spent an inordinate amount of time on hold and am no closer to a resolution.
I implore you, for your own sanity, do NOT ever use this organisation. They are absolute cowboys who have no regard for standard lead times or good customer service.
