As a competitive price comparison / broker the service works well and to be homest most of the time parcels are collected and recieved within acceptable time limits.
However, when a courier lets you down or fails to deliver as agreed I find no comfort in the service that the Interparcel Telephone Staff provide. It is very obvioulsy - 'not our fault' type of attitude which frustrates the hell out of me. They are happy totake the money but don not fulfil the contract when things go wrong.
