I ordered a product on 14.1.13. My account was debited on 15.1.13. I was notified that the product was out of stock on 18.1.13. As of 1.2.13 my account has still not been credited. I have been given some pathetic excuse about their accounts system causing the dealy. Well, it bloody well didn't have any delays in debiting my account.

Would I use this company again or recommend them to anyone else? Not --- likely!!

Further to the above post I would like to bring people up to date.

It's now 7.2.13 and I still haven't had my money back. I have asked for management to phone me back but they haven't bothered. My feeling is that this company's business plan is as follows;-
Get money from as many people as possible with false promises of delivery and then use this money to fund the purchase of goods for a (small?) percentage of potential purchasers. The result is a business with a great cash-flow but with a lot of disgruntled customers.
After spending a small fortune on phone calls I have now been told that my situation has been given "priority" but I will not receive my refund until next week. Some people call this dodgy business practice - I call it daylight robbery!
If you want the potential of saving a few quid or weeks of anguish I'll leave it up to the individual. Personally, I would not touch this company with mine, or anybody else's bargepole.
Be very afraid!!!!!!!
