I am so upset and disgusted with the service I am getting from missguided. I work for ASOS.com and I can't believe the difference !
I made an order for next day deliver 3 days ago - it never came - I was told it was left in a safe place - I live on a main road with no porch etc ( how can it have been safe) I was told I had to wait 10 days for them to investigate with the carrier - I waited 10 days only to get told that no one raised the issue with the carrier so I have to keep waiting until the carrier get back to them.
I called the carrier and they said that it was delivery to the wrong place and that missguided should refund me.
I asked for a phone number from a missguided adviser and she said they don't have phones in their office ?! ( what kind of business doesn't have a phone )
I have just been told sorry that's it.
If this was ASOS they would refund immediately and raise the investigation with the carrier not expect the customer to wait for they money over something that isn't their fault.
I have had advice from citizens advice and they are going to investigate further.
I will never use miss guided again !
