Unprofessional, uncaring, liars, insulting and incompetent.
That's from my experience with Yodel. If anyone used any of these words (let alone all of them) to describe my company, I'd know I had failed in my business.
Why does Amazon insist on using a delivery company that does not deliver? I have now been waiting for my parcel for three days. "Out for delivery" it says on the tracking system on the Amazon site. You can walk the length of Edinburgh in three days, ten times.
From now on, and until I hear in the news that Amazon has ditched Yodel (like John Lewis, Mothercare and others have done recently), I won't shop at Amazon anymore.
Amazon, you didn't listen to my complaints, so I'm voting with my feet!
