Saved me from an expensive mistake and supplied what I really wanted - quickly!

I ordered my pieces of perspex carefully, which were odd sahpes. I prefer to measure in feet and inches but used mm as requested. The following day I had a phone call chaking whether I really wanted a strip that was 30mm tall asnd no I did not I wanted 30 cm or 300mm. The lassie was cheerful about changing it and the plastic arrived within the next couple of days. Great !
