I placed an order on-line and after I sent it I immediately noticed that wrong delivery address was used. I cancelled the order within 2 minutes but got an automated message an hour later saying to late to cancel as order had been picked. This was 1am on New Years eve so this is obviously an automated message and you can't cancel or change an order once placed BEWARE. I contacted on line customer services as I had to place an additional order to the correct address and arrange return of the order sent to the wrong address. I followed the returns procedure and one month later have still not had a refund. THIS IS VERY POOR. Do not use Z
