Avoid TotalKidsKits like the plague! My order for a football kit for Christmas for my grandson was placed and acknowledged on December 12, 2012. I have still not received the goods and we have reached February. Countless emails have only brought excuses and promises which have not been met. A closer look at their terms and conditions reveals: “We may amend this website and our services in any way and at any time with or without notice to you.” So they were able to come up with a Dec 3 Christmas order deadline and a 14-day holiday closedown which were not there when the order was made. Failing to meet their 40-day guarantee, I asked for and was promised a refund, but they have not put one through. Fifty days ... and I’ve got nowhere. Do NOT be conned! Wish I could give them no stars!
