I get an email with my delivery time slot - 0853-0953. No show.
Tracking says that they can't find my address even though DPD have delivered to my house many times before. My house is very easy to find, number clearly marked on the front.
Unable to speak to anybody at DPD even though the tracker says to contact customer services.
Also worth mentioning that every time I see a DPD van on the road, the standard of driving is awful.
Reading these reviews, it's absolutely shameful that DPD will only seem to help if you post on Trustpilot or another similar site. Why not actually provide a channel for customers to quickly contact customer services so that they can resolve issues directly? Or do you only care about complaints that are posted on public forums?
