"Not able to find my address" apparently, even though they have delivered many times.

I get an email with my delivery time slot - 0853-0953. No show.

Tracking says that they can't find my address even though DPD have delivered to my house many times before. My house is very easy to find, number clearly marked on the front.

Unable to speak to anybody at DPD even though the tracker says to contact customer services.

Also worth mentioning that every time I see a DPD van on the road, the standard of driving is awful.

Reading these reviews, it's absolutely shameful that DPD will only seem to help if you post on Trustpilot or another similar site. Why not actually provide a channel for customers to quickly contact customer services so that they can resolve issues directly? Or do you only care about complaints that are posted on public forums?

Can you please email with a contact phone number? I will then ask a member of our customer services team to contact you to resolve.

We are active on Twitter, Facebook and Trustpilot, amongst other social media platforms, simply because we don't consider it an option to ignore any customers that are having issues.

We always seek to resolve any issues that are bought to our attention, irrespective of whether they are in the public or private domain.
