Fantastic Watch, Fantastic Price, Fantastic Customer Service
After a lot of shopping round In omega stockist I came across SwissWatchesDirect, Which I had already been recommended by a friend. I was a little weary, as my chosen watch was available for £400 cheaper than any shop I had been to. But I did a lot of research and the only bad feedback I came across was a short delay in receiving a watch.
I contacted the company and spoke several times to one of the guys. He was extremely helpful, reassured me and at no time put any pressure on me to make a sale. Once I had made up my mind to purchase I paid a deposit by credit card, which safe guarded me further and was sent update emails on my watches ETA. The full amount was taken on the day of dispatch. Overall from place of order I had my watch within the 10 days stated on the site. It was beautifully packaged, came with all the warranties etc..
I then took it into an Omega Boutique to have some links taken out, with no charge or hassle.
I am over the moon with my watch, the price and the customer service I received. I would absolutely recommend SwissWatchesDirect.

Good service, prompt delivery, satisfied customer
I have purchased a few things from Cloggs and the delivery of my item has always been very speedy and product as described.
My only issue was when i returned a product I was only credited the refund when I called to ask what the delay was. They did apologise and say they would do a refund immediately.
