GSF's website is as functional as any other but the implementation was the worst I've come across - truly rubbish. If it hadn't have been for Dave in the Birmingham depot taking the initiative to just get the product to me by a different route I'd have given a one - or no - star rating.
On a Friday morning I ordered a Bosch battery and paid an additional £8 for before noon delivery. A courier turned up the following Tuesday at well turned 3pm and WITH THE WRONG BATTERY - which was damaged. Spoke to above-mentioned Dave who made arrangements for the correct battery to be delivered by one and the wrong battery to be collected by another courier - both supposed to happen by noon the following day. Turned midday the following day and no battery or courier to collect the other one. Dave called, courier hadn't turned up to collect the battery so he arranged for the Worthing branch to get in their van and deliver it direct to me - which they did, within the hour, with no problem. Thanks Dave, thanks Worthing branch for using initiative to get the job done when the 'system' completely failed.
