247 Blinds

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED

We have in the past placed several orders with 247 blinds. We will not be placing any more. Upon receipt 1) they didn't work 2) although we ordered the same colour, white linen, they were an entirely different colour to the previous blinds and 3) although we took measurements in exactly the same way as previous orders they were much too short. The person we reported the above to confirmed that she would order new runners but maintained that the measurements they sent were correct and then informed us that we would have to take photographs of the previous blinds and the new ones before comment could be made upon the colour difference.
