Originally this was a bad review about a 'missed' delivery. Within the space of twenty minutes I received a reply to this post, a very polite and understanding email, a telephone call from a lovely lady and a redelivery. Didn't expect to put this up to more than a three but it was truly amazing service. Well done DPD and thank you Bobby.
