Ordered a bunch of flowers for my mums birthday and paid extra to make sure they came before midday. Arrived at 11:30 packaged nicely in a box already arranged perfectly, a beautiful bunch and my mum was happy! Only fault was I chose not to have a card with the flowers, but they put one in which said 'message not required by sender', which looked a bit silly.

Do not use this company to buy or rent a house, even if your life were to depend on it; if I could of put less than 1 star, I would have. I've had the worst experience with them, they charged me and my 3 friends £400 pounds each to check our credit- we're only students, we don't have any credit to check! and even had the cheek to write on the invoice 'VAT for credit check £80'! They made us get our own keys cut from the one set they had (even though they should of had 4) and even had the cheek to ask us for them back at the end of our tenancy. When it came to vacating we wanted our damage deposit back (£800) to which we were told there was a back log and they'd sort it out, we rung multiple times to be told we'd be rung back about it, surprise, surprise, they never did! They ignored emails and even tried to fob us off with excuses about the money such as the landlord MIGHT have it, until we persisted and finally got a straight answer that they'd given the money to the landlord. The people that work there are completely useless and don't seem to know what they are doing; they are also rude and unprofessional. All they care about is getting as much money off you as possible and not caring about anything else- beware!


Fab Company

Only just joined this site recently, and I love it! So easy to use and you can save a lot of money. I even made a complaint to them recently about why they took £5 from me, which they explained and even said as a good will gesture the'd debit it back into my account, which was a really nice surprise- couldn't fault at all.



Ordered a bunch of flowers for my mum on mothers day, decided to pay extra for the express service so that she got them earlier in the day. They arrived at 1pm, extremely well packaged and presented, in perfect condition- because the lilys were in bud form, it means they will last longer as well. I was emailed at different points so I was always kept up to date with my order- I would recommend this company to anyone


No Problems

I recently ordered a benefit make-up set from them, as I was able to get free delivery, and I have to say I'm really happy- the product is great, it was well packaged and was received in a reasonable amount of time.


Great website, just watch out for the dodgy sellers/buyers!

I use ebay all of the time to buy/sell stuff, and I've had very little problems. I've had a couple of issues with buyers not paying for an item they've won, but if this happens, you report them to ebay and if they don't pay up in 3 days, ebay give you the sellers fees and cost of advertising back to you. You just have to be careful about who you are buying from by checking their feedback.


don't use next day delivery if you won't be in

I ordered from missguided for the first time, as I wanted a onsie and they were doing a special free next day delivery, however, the day the postman came to deliver, noone was in so I had to get it redelivered, but due to all the snow, it didn't get delivered for another 4 days, and even then when he tried to delivery it, noone was in. So, I arranged re-delivery again for a day someone was going to be in, and I found out he couldn't even leave it with the neighbour because it required a signature. And by then, I'd already gone back to uni, so I had to get my mum to post it up to me. So really next day is really 2 and a half weeks for me . Most of the problems weren't missguided's fault, but if I'd of known a signature was required, I wouldn't of gone with next day delivery, as it could of been left with the neighbour then.

Amazon is great!

I order from amazon all of the time, and I have never had a single problem with them. Great items, great prices and free delivery!


Hardly Any Problems

I have ordered from new look quite a few times and I'm happy to say I've never had a problem with them. They do student discount which is one of the reasons I shop with them as often as I do, and they do a lot of sale items at christmas time etc. The only problem I had with them really was recently when I returned an item, I emailed them on the 5th day after they received my package to state I had still not received a refund, it took them 3 days to reply, and even then I had to state what item I'd returned and the order number etc, waited another 2 days for them to reply which they finally said they would refund me, even the refund took another 2 days to come back through!


Sizes too small and had to pay to return the items to them!

I bought 4 pairs of pumps from barratts online, but they were all sent out separately, I received the first pair fairly quickly but had to wait over a week for the other 3! I tried on the first pair of shoes and they felt a whole size too small- I couldn't even get my foot in them- so I decided to return them. But when I read the small print on the receipt, it said I would have to post them back special delivery (due to the fact I didn't have a store near me), which I had to pay for- the shoes only cost me £5, and then I had to fork out £3.50 just to send them back! Even the returns process is bad- I'd waited over a week and still no email confirming the'd received them (even though on royal mail tracking it said it had been delivered to them), so I had to complain and ask where my money was- and even that took them a week to sort out. I only recently wore one of the other pairs, and they were too small as well- they even made the back of my heels bleed, but because I took the stickers off etc, I was unable to return them. Sames said for the last two- far too small again. Overall, do not buy from their website, the sizing are all wrong and they charge you to send the items back- shocking!

Great Prices!

This was the first time that I'd bought anything from boohoo, and I have to say I'm rather pleased. I really like the boots I bought and I received them with no problems at all. The only negative thing I would say however, is that I wasn't able to have the free super saver delivery and the student discount, I could only have one or the other, which I was slightly annoyed by. Overall, I would definitely be buying from them again.
