Website was easy to use , samples arrived quickly and were as described so I ordered what I needed , then I had to amend my order as I'd forgotten something so I called them direct and were more than helpful and friendly , a pleasure to deal with , was extremely happy with the service from tons of tiles my only niggle was that the delivery driver couldn't get my tiles where I needed them because of the stones on my drive and I would have preferred them to be brought in my house not left on the edge of my drive, good job my husband was local to transfer them in

Many Thanks for taking the time to review our company.

As stated on our shipping terms, our carriers operate a "kerb side" service and will get your pallet as close to you door as possible. As they use pump truck they unable to negotiate steps, or uneven surfaces such as stones or gravel.
