Ordered a tablet from ASDA and paid for next day delivery as I was really excited about it. Received an email from ASDA stating that my order has been despatched to YODEL and I will have it shortly. I check the tracking and apparently YODEL don't have my parcel. I rang them up and spoke to a very rude Nicky who said that "we don't have it so you can't have it". This is disgusting customer service. I asked what I needed to do and she hung up. It is absoloutely disgraceful that they can get away with this. Managed to cancel the order with ASDA and I am waiting for my refund.
I will never order from ASDA again until they use a different carrier.
