Isme have been experiencing a problem with their web site in placing orders - I tried on several occasions eventually telephoning customer services to find out what the problem was. I spoke to Darrell who also tried to place the order on his machine to no avail. I was wasting a great deal of time not to say money on the phone call and he offered to put me through to someone who could try to take the order from me which I accepted but asked him to hurry as I was working. He instantly cut me off. I have since then emailed several times, the first one answered but the remainder although automatically acknowledged, not replied to over the course of several days. Disgraceful customer service from Isme. By myself I finally managed to place the order which should arrive today although I won't hold my breath as the delivery drivers often go to the wrong property and as you do not supply a contact number either for the client or for you which they can call, they take the parcels back or leave them at the wrong property. I have shopped with Isme for a few years now and generally been very happy with the quality of products and service but since I moved 9 months ago to Shropshire, the service has dropped considerably. I shall be considering using another company in the future as it's just not worth the hassle and frustration with you at the moment. Shame. You need to address the problems you are having and ensure that you call centre telephone staff are training and monitored properly to ensure happy customers - which I was previously.
