Got a text message saying they were unable to deliver as there was no one at the address and that they had left a card. The Address is a working restaurant that i was eating in later that night so I know for a fact it was open when they "Tried" to deliver. Obviously no note was found as they hadnt even been to the address but i got a helpful text message with the number to call the driver...but the number given was to a disconnected phone line.
Its the usual SCAM of drivers running late so not even delivering.
Utterly useless company and staff....
Its a shame there is no ZERO star option. The worst supplement company i have ever dealt with. The "order by 3pm for next day delivery" is pointless as the orders never come. Every order i have the stress of wondering if and when it will turn up. Everytime i ring customer service its the same thing..1) IF you can actually get through to speak to someone, 2) they have the same script..."we are very sorry, this never happens" (its happened to me 4 times already). Completely unprofessional outfit. Would avoid unless you are absolutely desperate. Ive learnt my lesson after 4 tries when i give them the benefit of the doubt but when you keep having to deal with the same BS each time and the person at the other end of the phone gives you the same speal its time to change......long live the other supplement companies who actually provide good service at the same prices as these jokers.
