Bought a lovely bouquet of flowers for my daughter who had just had a baby. As well as the flowers I ordered a vase expecting the flowers to be arranged in the vase so she didn't have to do anything. I spent nearly £50 and am really disappointed to discover that the flowers were delivery in an aquapack. I complained to customer service and the vase was delivered the next day - too small for the amount of flowers I had ordered. Not a great experience and I won't be using eflorist again.
