On numerous occasions I have ordered from Missguided for them to take the money out of my bank account for items I have ordered only to receive an e-mail a few hours later saying that my items are "out of stock". Don't you think stock of items should be kept up to date and should be unavailable to order in the first place.
On another occasion I ordered a dress and two of the same necklace, one for a friend, only to receive the dress and one necklace. Both necklaces were on the order form which came with the package and therefore I couldn't prove that I had only received one necklace. After a dispute with customer services I eventually got a refund for one of the necklaces 2 weeks later, again they claimed it was out of stock so I could only be sent one, when I had paid for TWO.
Yesterday I ordered a belt which was needed for this weekend, they had an offer on for the "free next day delivery". Today I have received an e-mail to say the status and location of my delivery is unclear. I have been in touch with the courier service to be told that Missguided have given them the wrong delivery address and that my item would now be delivered Monday. As I chose the free next day delivery the idea was I wanted the item for this weekend... the only option they gave me was to pay an extra £6 to have it delivered tomorrow. But why should I do this? It's Missguided's problem not mine.
No phone number and still no response to my e-mail.
I think I've learnt my lesson not to order from them again.
Disgracefully shocking customer service.
