great service

over all i'm happy with my service from rubber sole they were effective and kept me informed throughout however the delivery service left my £75 pair of boot was left outside by door and not in a safe place as as stated on their website.

but I will order from them again but make sure im at home to collect before someone walks off with my stuff.

I am very sorry to hear about this and I do thank you for letting us know about it. We are in the process of changing courier companies for more professional and efficient service. In the meantime, you may consider using our UPS delivery services if you wish to opt for a different courier.
