The new formula un-coated Vit C and glucosamine are very hard to swallow, will not buy again.
Taking the new formula vits can be a tortuous procedure, both my partner and myself can often be found thumping each other on the back, not in an expression of mutual antipathy, but trying to help dislodge the stuck pills in our throats. How anyone with a swallowing problem could cope with this new formula is beyond my understanding, just hope they have someone handy to do the back thumping!
