Good Start, but fell at the finish

At reception my car was checked in with an efficient and polite manner but whilst waiting for the tyres to be changed I noticied a vehicle that I thought similar to mine parked up.15 Minutes went by so I thought I would check to see if the parked car was in fact mine and it was. It was only after my checking that the mechanic on reception gave me my keys and without any response whatso ever, so rude. If I used Blackcircles again I would not use D&D Autos.
