very bad!

My items didn't even turn up the money came out my bank as I've spoken to my bank on the phone but your saying that you never received any payment, waisted £18 for nothing! Never using you again

I can confirm your order was cancelled as the credit or debit card issuer did not authorise the payment for your order.

An email was sent on the 25th January 2013 to advise you of your order status and please accept my apology if the email failed to arrive with you.
