Ordered a single bed and mattress. Unfortunately the bed I ordered was out of stock so I was offered a more expensive one for the same price. Unfortunately they came a day later than arranged but I think that it was due to heavy snow. When I phoned Danny and explained, he immediately said he would refund £20 to our account for the inconvenience. Went in to our account the next day. Great service and I will certainly use the firm again.
