Fantastic customer service; beautiful pans but a bit flimsy
I bought a set of the Gourmet Stainless Steel pans, three saucepans with the draining lids, wok and two frying pans
Delivery was amazing as they all arrived the day after ordering.
However, I have to say I was disappointed!
There is nothing wrong wrong with the look of the pans - they are quite simply beautiful! But I have issue issue with the thickness of the pan walls. The 14/16/18cm pans and 26cm wok all displayed a certain amount of flexing when picked up by their handles. The wok was the worst, especially handling with the lid in place.
I just felt they were disappointingly flimsy. The frypans were ok.
I suppose you get what you pay for and these pans were remarkably cheap.
I have since returned them to Pro Cook's Basingstoke store, and a complete refund was given without any fuss whatsoever, the young lady could not have been more helpful and courteous.
Please note the 5 stars are given for the Company not the product. I would rate the product with 3 stars.

Bought product but was not happy with it. Refund made, no argument. Nice people to deal with!
