Best customer service I've experienced for a long time!

I bought the Stokke Tripp Trapp chair from pramworld. The price was the cheapest on offer but although other retailers offered the same price, pramworld's delivery service stood out and I wasn't disappointed. I was offered next day but I wasn't going to be in- no problem, I just changed the slot to one that suited the following day. The product arrived within the window chosen and I even had a text giving me a more specific time which was also met. Very impressed! Other retailers should take note...
