I am very, very disappointed with the terrible service I have received from your company. I sent my phone to yourself towards the end of January, was presented with a counter offer from yourselves for just over a third of the original price presented, I presser to decline this offer however when the page refreshed it had been accepted for some reason, I didn't bother to contact yourselves regarding this as I just wanted to receive the funds into my bank as soon as possible although I am very unhappy with the pathetic amount which I will be receiving. This payment was processed on 31st January and I am still yet to receive the funds. If I had known it would have taken this long I would have questioned the fact this new offer had been 'accepted' and asked for my phone to be returned and taken my business else where. This is the second email I have sent to yourselves via the 'contact us' section on your website, I have also tried to call you several times and received no answer at any point. Also, as you didn't reply to my first email I would really appreciate a response to this one. Your service is absolutely atrocious and I most certainly will not be using your service again.
This is an email which I have just sent to this company, lets see how long it takes them to bother to reply, is they do at all. Very unhappy.
