Very nice product, awful delivery.
Product and packaging are first class. DPD made a total mess of the delivery, delivered to the wrong address and dropped it over a neighbours 6ft wall.
I was fortunate that my neighbour brought it over to me.
I was not impressed with Jules B customer service concerning the problem and I would be reluctant to purchase any more items, which is a shame as the products are top quality.

I can confirm that further to your telephone conversation the issue has since been resolved. We very rarely have problems with our courier but on this occasion there was some confusion to were you requested the parcel to be left with the driver.
