I ordered several items on the 27th January, A bed, mattress and bedside cabinet. I was told all items were in stock and could have them next day.
I delayed delivery until the Friday 1st February to ensure delivery as guests were arriving on the Saturday.
I recieved an email the previous day to the delivery confirming delivery of the cabinet and mattress but not the bed, I rang and was assurred that it would be delivered.
On the day of delivery NO BED rang several times, the after sales team just do not answer calls i have been waiting several times for at least 30 minutes. if you contact the sales side they do not want to know, they tell you to send an email or wait for the after sales team. When you explain that no one is answering, they do nothing to try and help. They seem to believe that they have taken your money, and now its now down to someone else. I think Worldstores need to understand it not just about getting sales, it's the after sales service that gets and keeps the customers.
