My Rubbersole order was lost in transit by the courier provider, but I was unaware of this until I enquired after my order, a week after it was due to arrive.
I attempted to ask for a cash refund, but was told that I would have to wait for my order to arrive and then return it.I am still waiting for my order to arrive 2 weeks later.

Thank you for your review. As we do state that your parcel is scheduled to arrive a maximum of 6 business days from despatch, this may have given you a better idea of when you would be able to receive it had it not been lost.
We did ship out a replacement order with UPS to apologise for the inconvenience caused. As we did ship out a replacement and it is currently on its way to you, unfortunately we are not able to issue a full refund at this time. You may choose to refuse the parcel when it comes, or accept it and return it to us at your earliest convenience with our pre-paid label for a full refund.
