Ordered a PC from a company which uses DPD back in December. First attempt at delivery was as per most reviews on here - waited in all day, no attempt to deliver or calling card left, despite claims to the contrary on the online tracking system.
In fairness, once contacted via the email address in most of the replies below, the company was able to arrange redelivery for a week later. The driver was able, on this occasion, to find the address.
Regrettably, am about to return the package to the supplier for the second time for replacement, as both times it has arrived damaged beyond repair through mistreatment by the courier, despite the contents of the package being self-evident from the exterior.
When buying similar goods in future, I will definitely look to buy from retailers who use an alternative courer service, in the hope that goods will arrive on time and undamaged.
