This is the worst company I have ever dealt with which offers online merchandise. I trusted them at first only because they were on the Amazon site. Was I ever wrong.
I placed order #7690 ten days ago. The funds for the order were deducted from my account by the company long before they ever thought of shipping. I have received 3 or 4 so-called updates about the order but no real explanation about what is going on with my order and why it hasn't been shipped. I wrote two emails asking for explanations but received no answers. I tried to telephone but got recordings that representatives are all busy. (I don't believe they actually have anyone manning the phones. It is just a recorded ruse.) I left a message but got no reply. A terrible way to run a business. I am sure that all these glowing reviews are false and planted here by company employees to bury the real reviews. I will be contacting Amazon to see if this company can be removed from their site..
