I'm a FarmVille junkie... when I need game cash, I want it NOW. It was a frustating ordeal when I couldn't redeem the PIN's that I purchased. Fortunately I received great, professional, user-friendly support from PCGameSupply.com. Nikki & Team hung in there with me for over one week until I realized that the Zynga Redemption Center was the problem; system continued to be non-functional. Zynga's error messages kept sending me to Zynga Customer Support for assistance. Rather than redeem my cards, they told me twice that my purchased PIN's were invalid!??? Then why, pray tell, were those same PIN's redeemed when Zynga's software came back up? 10+ for PCGameSupply.com and 2 Thumbs down for Zynga! I'll happily work with PCGS time and again in the future.
