I ordered some items from Partyrama for a Chinese New Year party. They didn't arrive and 2 weeks went by. I emailed twice and received no reply. After 17 days I emailed again and demanded a reply. This time I got one...a phone call from James. He explained that he had investigated and found that my 2 previous emails had gone into the spam folder, hence no reply. He said the parcel had been dispatched & must now be lost. He sent out a new parcel and I received it 2 days later. Good service eventually. However, I do wonder if his explanation about the spam folder was true... as why would my 3rd email have got into his inbox if the previous 2 didn't? Anyway, I'm not holding a grudge as the products were good and James was very apologetic and got it sorted.
