Placed an order on 14/01/2013 which was cancelled on 23th of January, after much messing around with the whole 'we noticed your item was damaged when packaging' got an email to confirm I had cancelled my order, and a refund would be issued shortly. After several emails and just replies with promises with the magic words "be patient", "we will", "we will", "we will", I still don't have a refund. Quick enough to take the money when order is place but struggling to ship an order or refund your money.
I am buying products from the Internet over the past 10 years and I can assure you this is my worst ever experience with an e-shop. Total unprofessional, poor to no communication and completely unreliable.
Stay well clear from this company, nothing but hassle.
P.s I have managed to get a refund as soon as I disputed the case through PayPal. Of course don't expect to receive any apologies or anything like that...
