Ordered a Flavel Raglan gas fire Monday on 21st.January for delivery on Tuesday 29th.January and then heard nothing until e.mail on 28th. to say that the fire was not in stock. I sent an e.mail to the company yesterday (31st.) to say that I was most disappointed with the service, or rather the lack of it, and received a reply this morning requesting my POSTCODE so that my order could be tracked. People say you learn from your mistakes and I certainly have - in future for any capital purchase I will go to a showroom and deal with someone face - to face!
After posting my original comments I received a call on Saturday morning from the Showroom Manager, who was most apologetic. The call was greatly appreciated and the product was subsequently delivered on Monday 4th.February as promised and has been installed today.
