Terrible!!!

I have used very for the first time. I only ordered a child's adidas tracksuit. Delivery was disgraceful.... Couldn't deliver because bad weather.. Ok we had snow?, next day said road closed???. Hmmm what road???? Royal Mail delivered!!! Same for next 2 days unable to deliver toad closed...... liars!!!! When I phoned up VERY the lady on the other end said I had to rearrange the delivery and wanted me to phone the depot!!! Why when I pay u to sort this out with a delivery charge.....I refused to phone up . NEVER using VERY AGAIN!!! I'm sticking with Littlewoods
