My 1500 L-shaped shower bath bundle - with screen and front panel - arrived on the promised day. All products exceeded expectations, and look great now they're fitted. There was a slight glitch with the front panel - a couple arrived damaged - but Better Bathrooms immediately replaced them, without argument, and each time with next day delivery - the final one arrived on Christmas Eve?
Sadly, the bath was damaged during fitting. Again, Better Bathrooms delivered a replacement bath within 24 hours, with only an additional £15 charge for next day delivery.
I would definitely recommend Better Bathrooms for their value for money, quality products and for extremely helpful and efficient customer service.
